Chlamydia Trachomatis

It's a normal busy afternoon. As usual, I was talking to Scott about the damn project.
My iphone rang. Provate number? Who is it?
Turn out it's the doctor.

For past few weeks, I have some problem with my ... hmmm... private place.
In short, as I told my doctor, "it hurts when I pee".
I went to the doctor days ago, and she took an examine on my front and back.
"it looks fine," she took off the gloves and said "let's do some blood tests to see what's going on."

She called because the result is back from the lab.
"You have Chlamydia Trachomatis infection" that's what she said.
I went to see her immediately.
"The only good news is that it's treatable and the treatment is just one dose of medicine."
She wrote down the prescribtion.
"And the other bad news?" I got the biggest bad news is that I got this.
"Ah... this could only be transmited by sexual activities, so you got it from your girl friend and she got it from SOMEONE ELSE." she gave me the prescribition and said "She needs the treatment as well, so you have to talk to her."

"Could it be infected by other means, at all?"
She, kind of twist her face," said "Ah... no, it could only be transmited by intercourse. I am sorry"

I search the internet about the information of this C. Trachomais.
It could stay down for 7 to 14 days or more. If I got it from my girlfriend, it's about right time frame.
For men, the symptons are obvious; for women, 70% to 90% could be without any sympton.

She could got it from others and made peace with it for a long time. Or she could got it in recent days just before I had sex with her.
Not a good picture I am seeing. Especially now we are talking about getting married.

Well, I will have a long talk with her. That's for sure.
